Q/A
1 / How long will it take to get my order?
Everything you see is made to order! Depending on stock availability, we usually ship within 3-5 business days. All spirit drop (pop-up market) orders are processed in 10-14 business days from when the market closes, and then delivered back to the school. Custom orders vary. We ship with USPS - standard delivery time is 5-7 days (depending on region), priority 2-3 days depending on region. Please check with your local carrier for more specific information. Message us directly if you need expedited shipping.
2 / How should I care for my earrings?
Earrings should be stored in a cool dry place. Even though the earrings are flexible, please do not bend as they may break. Please do not sleep in or shower in these earrings. Jumprings and findings are all gold plated, hypoallergenic, and nickel-free. Over time, they may change slightly in color. Wipe with a dry cloth to restore shine.
3 / Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. However, if your earrings arrive damaged or break within the first month of owning, please reach out to us so we can replace them! Please email us your order number and pictures of the damage. If you lose an earring, we do offer a discounted single earring replacement option! Message us for more info.
4 / How should I care for my chenille letter or puff vinyl sweatshirt?
Specialty sweatshirts should be hand washed and lined dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener as this can damage the adhesive. Never use an iron directly on the letters.
5 / A letter on my sweatshirt is lifting, is this normal?
Your sweatshirt was made to last, but after wear and tear, you may see slight lifting around a corner of a chenille letter. It is rare, but it happens. Feel free to lightly re-press the letter (be sure to place a pillowcase, piece of fabric, or teflon sheet over the letter when you press as pressing the letters directly can damage them.)
6 / What do I do if I never received my shipment?
Unfortunately, after we label and drop your item it is in the hands of the US postal service. Please reach out to them directly to file a claim.
